The Department organizes听annual international crisis games听where students enhance their communication skills as well as learn听about major international issues by playing real political actors.听Students can take part in games that are organized for students, or听can become co-organizers in games that are organized for high school听students.听

鈥淚 would like to express my appreciation and pleasure to the ICP Department for conducting such a great international political activity 鈥淐risis Game in Middle East鈥�. This was one of the best activities in my academic life which allowed me to feel the responsibility and challenges most contemporary politicians carry on. Taking the position of the Russian president Vladimir Putin, participating in the negotiations with both my main alliances and rivals, experiencing quick and uneven political moves in the Middle East, keeping secret move and believing in my cooperators, listening to the breaking, fake news, and giving an interview were both quite challenging and enjoyable. Most importantly, I experienced for the first time the unusual atmosphere of political games and crisis. All these were very influential and progressive in my academic and personal skills鈥�.

鈥淎s a child, I always wanted to be a politician. That was my childhood dream. Now, I study finance but I never forgot about my childhood dream. When I heard about the International Crisis Game, I was very happy and decided to try to take part in this game. Everything was amazing and great in this game. I was the president of China Xi Jingping. With the help of the Crisis Game, I learned a lot about the politics and position of China, diplomacy, and politics in general. Thus, the International Crisis Game somehow fulfilled my long-held dream and I tried myself in the role of politician. Thank you so much for giving me such an opportunity鈥�.
