The Individual Plan for Academic Success (IPAS) is intended to be a supporting document for increasing academic performance over the course of one semester. This is a self-assessment based plan that provides a coordinated strategy in addressing challenges and issues that affected students' academic well-being.听
The IPAS form also serves as a monitoring instrument for Advisors and Faculty in order to better support and respond to students' struggles or needs.听
Please note that IPAS should be filled in together with your Advisor should you need any help or guidance.听
