Online Arbitration Moot

The 香蕉影视 IBL Program students have taken part in the Online Arbitration Moot since 2019. The moot is organized by the Russian Arbitration Association and aims to promote commercial arbitration and private law. The language of the moot is Russian. IBL Program students have competed against teams from top Russian and CIS Universities. Students have prepared written memoranda and presented their arguments in the oral online rounds of the moot.听

The competition brings many learning benefits for students, such as deepening their knowledge on arbitration and private law, sharpening their skills of legal analysis, public speaking, and legal writing.听 Only the best teams are invited for the final round in Moscow, Russia. The online arbitration coaches are Dinara Asanbaeva and Natalia Alenkina.
